Password update instructions
Must be in English.
Password length must not be less than eight characters.
Password must include uppercase letters (A,B,C,D ... etc.), lowercase letters (a,b,c,d ... etc.), symbols and numbers (1,2,3,@@,#,$ ... etc.).
Password must not contain any personal information that is easy to know such as name, mobile number, date of birth, etc. The new password entered must not have been used before.
Password must be updated periodically once every 180 days
Mobile number update instructions
Make sure to add a valid mobile number.
The mobile number must be your own.

Beware of messages requesting data update.
Verify the validity of the email.
Do not respond to any messages from an unknown source via email.
Verify the content of the message and do not click on any link unless it is verified.
Avoid using work email for personal purposes.
Do not write work email in electronic registration forms or social media sites to avoid leaking it and using it in planning a hack.

Update your operating system and Internet browser periodically and directly from a trusted source.
Do not use external storage media.
Use a complex password.
Do not connect any unsafe or unknown storage media to your device for the purpose of transferring and exchanging files.
Make sure that the firewall program is activated on your device.
Always make sure to scan personal storage media with trusted programs to detect malware before reading data from them.
Avoid installing pirated or free software on your work or personal devices.
Chapter Three: Safely Dealing with Internet Browsing Services
Do not use the automatic login feature
Make sure to clear the history and temporary files from the browser regularly
Use the latest version of the Internet browser program
Prevent pop-up windows, some of which may constitute malicious or hidden attacks
Make sure to adjust the security and privacy settings of the Internet browser
Make sure to browse sites that contain the secure protocol
Chapter Four: Safe Social Media
Avoid using social media when exchanging work-related data or documents
Do not post sensitive, personal, or job information via social media or the Internet
Do not use the automatic login feature
Make sure to disable the geographic location of devices and lockout devices
Use multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Make sure to install the latest updates for social media applications
Avoid logging in using untrusted public devices or networks
